You will delight your demanding customers with your strategic advice approach. You develop your accounts with passion, act as a partner for our strategically important customers and do not lose sight of the goal in the daily business. Your long-term experience in consulting solution sales allows you to build a resilient network up to C levels and achieve medium and long-term goals with a long-term perspective. The analysis of key figures as well as the independent derivation and implementation of necessary measures to ensure the sales and business objectives are a priority. You test the market and its development and identify further promising customer potentials.

Successfully completed university studies with business focus or comparable training Multiannual experience in key account management or in a similar position. Ability to understand and shape business relations at strategic level. Relevant contacts to decision-makers, ideally paired with strong knowledge of trends and developments within the HR industry. Recognisable track record in achieving or overfilling sales targets. Safe and binding occurrence, excellent negotiation skills and an industry-wide readiness to travel.
