Working Student (f/d/m) for Human Resources (Further Education and Training)

After a period of incorporation, mobile work is possible up to about one third of the working time.

1. March 2026 we are looking for a working student (w/d/m) - for the area of personnel / HR (focus on further education and training).

Are you currently in Bachelor's degree or have you just started with your Master? With our student job, we want to give you a taste of practice in our studies. In the range from 15 to 20 hours, you can take on many tasks yourself.

Your activities with us: Personal development independently organize | You are part of the team for continuing and continuing training. To do this, you will accompany the entire process from the requirement to reorganize seminars to refurbishment

Continuing training qualification of our combination montages accompany | For 2-3 years of further training to the combination montage, you organize excursions and check the qualification level

Evaluation | You evaluate the training offers and prepare the results for us once in the quarter to draw conclusions from them together
