Self-preparation and organization of daily mise en Place Ensuring quality and attractive presentation food Control of goods and professional storage Implementation and documentation of legal and operational safety and hygiene regulations You support the planning, calculation and creation of the menus You support in the service area, advise the guests and communicate with them You carry out daily cleaning and disinfection of your task With design and execution of special events

You have a successfully completed vocational training as a chef or a comparable qualification in the kitchen or gastronomy You have safe and friendly ways of handling and a well-kept appearance You have professional experience in the preparation of food and have craftsmanship as well as sound knowledge of cooking techniques You are drawing through team skills and communication strength and keeps a clear head even in stressful situations You are also ready for use on weekends and holidays You have the health suitability according to Infection Protection Act (§ 42, 43)
