Accountant - Financial Accounting / Financial Statements (m/f/d)

We are an owner-managed consulting boutique focusing on the support of medium-sized companies in refurbishment and restructuring situations. We fully support our clients – from the analysis of the causes of crisis and the development of viable policies, the operational implementation and efficiency enhancement to the sustainable stabilization of the company.

In addition, we advise and accompany companies in matters of financing and financial management, in case of company sales in crisis situations and in judicial remediation procedures.

Our focus is on medium-sized companies in southern Germany and German Switzerland. We understand ourselves as an entrepreneurial partner at eye level: pragmatic, solution-oriented and with the expertise it needs to successfully manage even challenging special situations.

We combine technical depth with a high level of personal cooperation – both with our clients and within our team.

You take over the preparation and analysis of financial and accounting data of our clients You perform account adjustments and edit provisions, delimitations and other accounting matters You contribute to the plausibility and analysis of balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, BWAs as well as total and balance lists of our clients. You participate in the production of monthly, quarterly reports or take over these independently depending on their experience You support business, earnings and liquidity planning and ongoing monitoring of relevant financial indicators You contribute to controlling and reporting tasks as part of our consulting mandates and support financial issues in restructuring and rehabilitation situations

You have a successfully completed commercial training, ideally complemented by a further training on the balance sheet holder (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification They're at least. 2 years of professional experience in financial and accounting and good accounting knowledge according to HGB You have a strong understanding of numbers and can safely analyze and evaluate business relationships You work structured, carefully and independently and keep an overview even in complex situations You ideally have experience in the fields of monthly and annual financial statements, liquidity planning, controlling or reporting and are safe in handling MS Office, especially Excel You convince with a reliable and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high sense of responsibility and communicate professionally with clients:inside, tax advisers, auditors as well as other internal and external responders
