Procurement specialist logistics (m/f/d)

You coordinate and control the administrative handling of all forwarding processes within the procurement logistics. You receive procurement orders, collect them in the system and ensure smooth processing in close coordination with branches, partners and the charter disposition departments. You keep track of transit times and ensure transparent tracking. You analyze and clarify disagreements with national and pan-European procurement contracts along the entire supply chain. You are responsible for maintaining a firm customer base and are available to your customers as a competent contact person. You advise customers comprehensively on runtimes, registration processes and eLogistics solutions and communicate proactively with deviations or special events.

You have completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable completed commercial training. You have ideally been able to gain first professional experience in a forwarding and convince by your commitment and personality. You are sure to use the current MS Office applications. You have basic knowledge of English in word and writing. You own organizational talent and work absolutely service-oriented. You include teamwork, resilience and enforcement skills among your strengths.
