For our distribution center Monsheim we are looking for a group management of warehouse logistics (m/w/d) in full time (37,5 hours).

Your tasks with us: Control and monitoring of administrative and operational processes within warehouse logistics Guided tour, control and planning of the employees Ensuring appointment, quality and service goals Analysis of relevant key figures and derivation of improvement measures Continuous optimization of processes and standards Close cooperation with interfaces and active participation in daily business Support for the implementation of operational and strategic objectives

You should bring that with you: Successfully completed studies in the field of logistics, warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in logistics Experience in leadership and further development of employees Embossed communication skills and joy in cooperation with different interfaces Very good knowledge of German and English, further language skills of advantage Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel) as well as experience with warehouse management and goods management systems Organisational strength, sense of responsibility and a pronounced understanding of the process Own initiative and a solution-oriented and agile operation
