Collection and analysis of quality indicators: You systematically collect all relevant quality indicators, evaluate them and interpret them in terms of developments, deviations and optimization potentials. Trend identification and derivation of improvement measures: Through your analytical work, you can identify trends early on and take innovative, sustainable measures to actively promote the continuous improvement of processes. Preparation and organisation of audits: You plan and coordinate customer and government audits (German and English) in close cooperation with the respective specialist experts and ensure a structured and complete audit preparation. Implementation and follow-up of audits including communication: You enter audits autonomously, accompany auditors professionally through the process, first complete documentation and take over the solution-oriented communication with customers and authorities (German and English). Support for administrative activities: You perform various administrative tasks such as creating questionnaires, statements and other documents for external customers and ensure their professionally perfect and timely processing.

Education: You have a successfully completed study or a successfully completed vocational training and preferably have several years of professional experience. Communication capability: You have a motivated, committed and competent appearance, keeps a cool head even in stressful situations and keeps quiet in difficult situations. Moderation capability: You have very good moderation capabilities and you can adapt to different situations. Flexibility: You are mobile and able to work on site in Untergröningen as well as in Sulzbach runs. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and English both in word and in writing. Experience: Desirably, you have already gained first experience in customer and government audits IT knowledge: You are safe in handling MS-Office
