The Stiftung Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie (NRD) has been supporting people for 125 years. Senior Consultant (m/w/d) The houses of the area for autistic people are located in Mühltal, approx. 300 meters from the town centre and can be reached from Darmstadt by public transport. Overall, the residential complex comprises 18 living spaces in three houses with a large garden and only single rooms. Our residents of the age of about 25-60 have a different need for assistance, all in common is a high demand for a safety-providing - individually differentiated - daily structure.

How does your day look like • With empathy and humour you accompany our clients through a structured day • If necessary, ensure the physical, emotional and hygienic well-being of our clients. • In direct collaboration with exciting people, they help build an individual aid network, adapt to individual requirements and have fun to change • For the best possible support of our residents, work in cooperation with the group of residences, relatives, legal advisors and our experts who assist you in your work

We wish you • You have a completed training/study for educators, nurses, social pedagogues, pedagogues, health and nursing staff (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification • Interest in working with people with mental and physical impairment • Communication and consensus • Commitment, empathy and fun on team work
