Senior Physician Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at our new location in Vogtareuth (m/f/d)

Conception: You have a significant impact on the structural and content of a new child- and youth-psychiatric organizational unit and actively shape processes, processes and quality standards from the outset. Team management: You take over the professional management of a newly created multi-professional team within the child and youth psychiatry. Treatment responsibility: You are responsible for the diagnosis and therapy of children and adolescents. You create individual treatment plans, accompany the implementation and supervise the work of assistant physicians. Quality assurance & result measurement: You establish methods for the systematic measurement and evaluation of the treatment results of the newly built unit and use them for the continuous further development of the supply quality. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely with the psychosomatic clinic in Prien and mutually benefit from professional exchange, interfaces and common perspectives on complex treatment processes. Education and training: You are involved in the in-patient training and e.g. as part of our youth curriculum. Science & Congresses: You have the opportunity to work scientifically and participate in national and international specialist congresses.

You are a specialist (m/w/d) for child and youth psychiatry and have a well-founded clinical experience in child and youth psychiatry. You have the pleasure of actively shaping structures and bringing the motivation to shape a new child- and youth-psychiatric organizational unit in the building process professionally. You bring the willingness to build a new multi-professional team, professionally accompany and jointly develop sustainable structures. You convince with a strong professional expertise and a high degree of social competence. You work actively, responsibly and with the necessary openness for new developments. You make decisions with a good understanding of economic relations.
