• Experience in 2nd Level Workplace Support
• Knowledge of Windows workstations and laptops
• Know-how in working with ticket systems and Windows Client operating systems (Windows 10)
• Network knowledge (WAN, LAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, WLAN)
• English knowledge

Your duties

• Acceptance, processing and documentation of malfunctions/service requests via a ticket system (BPoS)
• Software and operating system installations / Detection Remote and Onsite
• Repair processing on desktops, notebooks, tablets, smartphones
• Installation and initial configuration of desktops, notebooks, tablets, printers and mobile handheld scanners
• Personal user care in the on-site service, if necessary
• Detailed technical documentation of all operations
