Project management and control (or subproject management) according to AHO in all project stages and areas of action for new, re- and re-construction of engineering buildings such as power plants, geothermal plants, refrigeration and district heating systems and re-tensioning plants Project processing over all performance phases of HOAI Control of the procurement process of external planning and execution services in accordance with procurement law and internal procurement guidelines Project organization, stakeholder management (framework conditions, internal specialist departments), managing costs and appointments, managing contractors (planners, companies, experts, other project participants) Evidence and coordination of project content and objectives with internal and external users, authorities and preparation for decision-making bodies of the SWM

Complete study of architecture, civil engineering or comparable, additional qualification in project management and/or in remediation of old loads desirable Multiannual experience in construction management, construction and/or project management, as an alternative multi-year experience in the planning and processing of complex construction projects Experience in the award of engineering and construction services as well as knowledge in contract and construction law (including HOAI, VOL, VOB) as well as the technical rules and legal provisions Excellent quality, cost and time consciousness Analytical thinking with view for the big and whole, result orientation Safe and friendly appearance, as well as critique and cooperative working
