As a Sr. Project Manager, you take over the cross-site overall project management for the construction of complex pharmaceutical filling and packaging systems for international customers, are first contact persons and manage customer activities with the support of the departments. They are responsible for the technical support, promotion and development of our PMs and Junior PMs and are assisting them as mentor and impulse generators. They are responsible for site-related project planning and processing taking into account the human and production capacities. In coordination with the Contract & Controlling project management, check the legal aspects in the contract management and additionally create the required offer claims. To ensure the profitability and satisfaction of our customers, you are continuously managing the project controlling and evaluating costs, quality and dates. They control and coordinate complex, project-related appointment claims and independently and proactively agree with the relevant interfaces. You have successfully completed your studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business management or bring comparable qualifications. You own at least. 5 years of professional experience as project manager and can look back on two larger completed projects, preferably from machine and plant engineering. As an expert, you will be familiar with the common agile PM methods, will be happy to work in teams across areas and identify with our mentor program. They convince with your safe appearance, your willingness to take responsibility and your high analytical understanding. Also in situations with increased work volume, keep the overall overview of your projects. We require excellent knowledge of German and English as well as excellent communication and networking skills.
