For household and controlling we are looking for you as Controller*in IT - Financial Management (m/w/div) Location: Berlin Date of entry: Immediate Application deadline: 26.05.2025 Call number: 14-026-2025 Employment: Full time (part time is possible in principle) Remuneration: E12 TV EntgO-DRV Activity The principle and cross-sectional area (GQ 1400 DRV-IT rvSystem) is responsible for the development of the IT core system of the German pension insurance – reliable, safe and forward-looking. In our department there are management, development and cross-sectional teams for the existing core system, including online services for our insurers, as well as project management and teams for our ongoing agile large project to modernise our applications. It is important to us that, as a team rvSystem, we work together cooperatively, value-estimatingly and discriminatoryly. Our controlling is responsible for the establishment of the budget, the proper allocation of all costs, the implementation of economic analysis, reporting and much more. We work closely with technology and with all commercial areas. We look forward to your service-oriented support at the location in Berlin.

They perform complex controlling tasks for the IT infrastructure, software and external services (including the implementation of statistical and business analysis as well as cost and performance accounting) They perform benchmarking and derive recommendations for action They advise our cost centers as well as the department management They set up the IT project budget and consolidate budgets for the cost blocks infrastructure, software and external services They shall draw up templates, verifiers and opinions (including answering questions from supervisory authorities during the audit of the annual accounts) They design training and information events

They have a successfully completed higher education (Bachelor, Diplom FH or equivalent qualification) in the field of economics, ideally with a special focus on controlling or completed vocational training in the commercial sector with a multiannual professional experience You have current years of professional experience in controlling, as well as good and application-proof MS Office knowledge, especially Excel Ideally, you have IT and project management skills It is of great importance that you think holistic and customer-oriented action They are ae team playerin and can network across locations to ensure a high communication capability
