The Stuttgart Tax Adviser Chamber is the legal professional administration for around 9,000 tax advisors, tax agents and professional training companies in Württemberg. As a modern body of public law, we represent the interests of our members, monitor compliance with professional duties and actively shape the future of the profession.

Managing Director (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

The board's management is divided into two areas of responsibility. In addition to the position described here for the fields of law, professional law, accounting, personnel, public relations and event management, another managing director is responsible for the areas of training, vocational training, auditing, domestic engineering and IT.

Professional law Head of the Department of Occupational Law and ensuring the proper implementation of professional requirements Advising the Executive Board and Bureau on professional and legal issues Contact care with colleagues to obtain the necessary voluntary activity in this function Staff and organisation Responsibility for personnel planning and personnel development, i.e. the acquisition, management and further development of the employees of the office in the responsible areas Promoting an appreciation, integrative and performance-oriented corporate culture Developing efficient and digitally supported management processes Accounting and Budget Responsibility for the Management of the Chamber Financial management of the chamber office by means of an effective controlling Public relations and representation Contact person for members, politics, ministries, authorities and institutions Participation in the strategic positioning and external representation of the chamber Conception and organisation of public events Representation of the Chamber in relevant networks and bodies, in particular the profession Committee work Organisation and monitoring of the work of the Bureau, Board of Directors and the technical committees

Qualifications Full jury (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) with convincing results in both State Examina Professional experience Multiannual professional and leadership experience Ideal experience in a public law corporation, a professional association or public administration Competence Knowledge of professional law, where appropriate, of tax-rate occupations Knowledge of administrative law, budgetary law and the creation of budgets Experience in the management of organisational structures and in cooperation with voluntary bodies Personal competencies Impressed social competence and persuasive leadership Valuable and binding occurrence in dealing with volunteers, members and employees Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Hands-on mentality and high implementation strength Affinity for digital processes and experience in digital process management
