Senior .NET Backend Developer with Test Responsibility (m/f/d)

Development & Implementation of scalable backend services in .NET (version 6.0) with REST APIs. Responsibility for testing: implementation of unit, integration and end-to-end tests along the entire development cycle. Designing test strategies: building and implementing test automation as well as CI/CD pipelines for continuous improvement. Work in a microservices architecture: ensuring the stability, scalability and wartability of the backend solutions. Interdisciplinary cooperation with Product Ownern, QA teams and DevOps to optimize software quality. Code reviews & performance optimization: implementation of code reviews, identification and elimination of performance problems in productive environments.

Professional experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in backend development with .NET and C#. Knowledge of the programming language C# and the .NET ecosystem. API experience: Experience in the development and implementation of REST APIs and GraphQL designs. ORM & Databases: Practical experience with NHibernate or comparable ORMs as well as Oracle databases. Microservices: Experience in working with microservices architectures and their best practices. Cloud technologies: Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and DevOps practices. Test competency: Found experience in load, unit and integration tests as well as test automation and test drive development (TDD). Version control: Secure handling of Git for code management. Analytical skills: Strong problem solving capabilities and a good error analysis capability. Teamwork & Communication: You bring a proactive communication and team skills. Language knowledge: German language. Additional skills required: CI/CD experience: Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub. Containerization: knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration. Monitoring & Observability: Experience with tools such as application insights for monitoring and troubleshooting. Domain-Driven Design: Experience with domain drives design or cloud-native best practices. ReadyAPI: Knowledge of ReadyAPI for Test Automation.
