You are the technical interface between sales and production. With your technical understanding, you create the basis for economic offers and efficient production.

Testing and technical evaluation of incoming customer requests Preparation of precalculations and determination of production times and material requirements Production and processing of technical drawings and production documents Creation of work plans, lists and production documentation Technical clarification of customer requirements in cooperation with sales and production Examination of the design and technical feasibility of components and assemblies Defining and optimizing production processes and work sequences Monitoring and implementation of optimization measures in production Analysis and improvement of existing manufacturing processes in terms of quality, transit time and cost-effectiveness Technical support for production in questions and problems in the ongoing production process Participation in the selection and optimization of devices, tools and production aids Close cooperation with production, purchasing, quality management and sales

Successfully completed technical training, e.g. as a technical designer, metal manufacturer, industrial mechanic, precision mechanic or comparable qualification Ideally advanced training for technicians or masters Experience in working preparation, production planning or technical order processing in a metal-processing industrial company Good knowledge of reading and creating technical drawings Experience in handling CAD systems and ERP software Safe handling of MS Office Embossed technical understanding and analytical and structured working methods Teamability, initiative and economic thinking
