As a professional assistant in the field of MRP in our medical and X-ray technology division, you are responsible for the timely and economically optimal planning and coordination of appointments with customers, experts and maintenance companies. They specify timely test dates, interpret them and continuously evaluate the due tests. In the case of existing defect tracking/extension extension, you coordinate the check dates. Ensuring the utilisation and capacity of experts, receiving customer requests and appointment requests as well as pre-qualification of orders also belongs to your tasks. In addition, you are responsible for the telephone and written customer support by accepting customer requests and appointment requests and maintain the customer master data. If necessary, make the installation of orders and test objects. The takeover of other administrative tasks (e.g. digitization of order-related documents, provision of audit-relevant documents) complete your activity profile.

Closed commercial training to/from: merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services, personnel service businessman/wife, merchant/wife for courier, express and postal services, merchant/wife for wholesale and foreign trade management, or similar with several years of professional experience in the commercial sector (in particular customer contact, personnel deployment planning/termination, pre-qualification of orders) Embossed customer and service orientation, high communication capability in telephone customer contact Reliable and independent working combined with a high degree of team and collaborative capability High service orientation, organisational talent and agile negotiation skills Founded PC knowledge (MS-Office, SAP/R3 desirable) German knowledge in word and writing, basic English knowledge of advantage
