We are looking for a new service manager with a focus on mechanics to support our machinery and equipment. Our service department is responsible for the commissioning of new machines as well as the maintenance, repair and maintenance of our facilities at local customers (Germany and worldwide). The tasks include: Head of the Mechanical Service Department Technical support for customers (phone & digital) Acceptance, planning and tracking of spare parts and repair orders Operation planning and support of assembly personnel Coordination of larger assembly and commissioning projects Accompanying the entire machine life cycle Due to our product program in special machine construction, the tasks to be performed are different for each project, so that a varied field of activity results.

The service of special machines requires a strong technical understanding to advise our customers individually. We are particularly looking for applicants with the following background: Completion as an engineer, technician or master in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering Funded technical understanding for special machines Communication strength and joy of customer contact Good knowledge of international customer support Structured operation and organisational capacity High service orientation and team skills
