Head of Quality (m/f/d)

You are responsible for ensuring and continuously improving the product and process quality of the company. In terms of content, you conduct the areas of quality management and regulatory affairs, quality assurance and quality control and develop the areas specifically on state-of-the-art level. Together with your team, you ensure compliance with all quality-relevant legal standards and requirements as well as customer-specific requirements. You develop a sustainable quality strategy with the highest degree of maturity and promote a quality-oriented corporate culture. You ensure the monitoring and optimization of quality-relevant processes along the entire value chain. Uses advanced methods of quality analysis, process monitoring and continuous improvement (KVP) with your team. The representation of the quality area internally and externally (e.g. in audits, customer talks, government contacts) is one of the core tasks. In a direct line of reports to the Executive Board and as a member of the Oberen Leitkreis, you will also take advantage of interdisciplinary projects.

The basis for your role is an excellent scientific (chemistry, biology or art related) university degree, ideally with subsequent scientific deepening. You have already been able to successfully gain significant professional experience in a quality range with leadership responsibility, a plus is knowledge of the plastic processing or regulated industry (e.g. packaging, food, pharmaceutical). An agile mindset characterizes you in the manner of your leadership culture, you trade value-based and have shown that the continuous development of your employees is strongly at your heart. In the past, you have already been able to shine through your excellent communication strength, at a high level in German and English. High analytical skills, strategic skill and intuitive digital aging characterize you, you choose data and IT based.
