As a business and savings partner of the foreign subsidiaries, you act as an internal bridge to the central functions and supports our financial leaders worldwide. In the role of the shareholder representative, you authorise the annual audit reports, carry out capital measures, assess the dividend policy and start an internal annual report for the Executive Board and the shareholders. In addition, active risk management is one of your tasks, in which you keep an eye on financial development as well as compliance with group policies and take action recommendations and control measures. You will also accompany the Group's M&A activities and support investment decisions and post-Merger integration. In addition, you support the Executive Board in numerous special projects, promote improvement as an in-house consultant and actively participate in the implementation of strategic group goals. The construction and further development of department-internal control tools are also your tasks.

You have a successfully completed Master's degree in BWL, VWL, Economic Engineering or a comparable degree course with a financial focus (controlling, accounting or finance). First professional experience in a consultancy or audit firm or the financial department of an international operating holding company is desirable. You have solid knowledge of financial analysis and good knowledge of the usual MS Office applications (Excel, PowerBI, etc.). You are an extroverted personality with pronounced communication skills in German and English. You combine your analytical vision with a clear hands-on mentality and a structured, result-oriented way of working. Conceptual thinking, initiative and solution orientation as well as a high readiness to travel complete your profile.
