Leadership: You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the market analysis & strategy in product management life insurance. Product strategy: You are responsible for the strategic management and further development of sales-open products from customer, market and sales perspective. Market and competition analysis: You continuously analyze market and competition developments and derive sound recommendations for the product strategy and the product portfolio. Sales support: You support all distribution channels professionally in product and market-related issues. Qualification: You design and implement technical qualification measures for multipliers and distributors of all distribution channels. brokerage: You develop cooperation with broker sales in a targeted manner and introduce relevant market impulses from the independent intermediary market into product development and control.

Qualification: You have a successfully completed study of economics, mathematics or a comparable subject. Professional experience: You bring several years of experience in brokerage, product development or product management of life insurance. Market understanding: You have a strong understanding of the requirements of the broker market as well as of sales and market relations. Structureability: You are able to structure complex issues clearly, to set priorities and to implement them safely in organization. Strategic competence: You convince with strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of decision-making and implementation.
