We offer you an indefinite contract directly at Randstad and then we will provide you with our customer. Responsible, independent supervision of a fixed stock of housing owners communities (WEG) and special property administrations (SEV).

Ensuring all payment transactions including SEPA direct debits.

Careful and timely booking of all business incidents after income surplus invoice.

Creation of all important annual documents: preparation of economic plans and preparation of monthly and annual household accounts.

Account tuning, balance clarification and active dunning.

Communication with owners, advisers and external service providers – you are the interface.

You have completed commercial training, ideally as a real estate businessman (m/w/d) or bring a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.

Routinized handling of home administrator software (e.g. Domus 4000 or comparable) is of course for you.

You convince with their own responsible, structured and precise operation.

Very good German knowledge (in word and writing) as well as safe application of the MS Office package are available.

You are powerful, team-ready and bring a high portion of motivation and collegiality.
