Responsibility for IT services such as workplace, network, server, cloud or security with freedom of design Development of services according to customer requirements and market trends with focus on innovation Ensuring service quality, SLAs and KPIs in exciting customer projects Leadership and development of a team of experts in a dynamic environment Consulting customers and support in IT strategies and transformation projects Optimization of operating processes according to ITIL with an increase in efficiency Responsibility for budget planning and cost management with influence on strategic decisions Initiation of innovation projects (e.g. cloud, automation, AI) to further develop the services

Multiannual experience in IT Managed Services (e.g. as Service Manager, Team Leader, Project Manager) Very good knowledge of ITIL-based processes (ideally ITIL certification) Experience in leadership of teams or departments Knowledge of cloud technologies, IT security, workplace services, etc. Experience with sourcing-related projects, transition/transformation of advantage Knowledge in ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, SAP operation etc. desirable Embossed customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, especially at decision-making/management level Embossed readiness Very good knowledge of German and English
