Head of Profit Center - Building Law Audits - Ventilation and Extinguishing Systems

In this role, you lead a team in the field of construction law testing of ventilation and extinguishing systems and actively shape the future of your area of responsibility. You conduct a profit center in the field of construction law testing of ventilation and extinguishing systems and take responsibility for personnel, budget, revenues, costs and investments. You lead the employees assigned to you, promote their development and control the relevant personal processes. You ensure efficient, high-quality and timely operating processes and optimal resource utilization. You are analysing economic key figures, taking action in a targeted manner and making informed decisions in the field of quality, appointments and economics. You actively develop processes, services and customer segments within the scope of the area strategy, ensure compliance with customer requirements and the quality management system, and optionally introduce your expertise as a test expert:r.

You have completed engineering studies, such as ventilation, supply or mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification. You have experience in a leadership or management function and understand how to successfully lead and develop employees. You are sure to deal with economic key figures and can derive targeted measures from budget, revenue and cost data. You also meet sovereign choices in challenging situations and keeps sight of conflicts between quality, appointments and economy. You communicate safely in German and English in the national and international environment, have a class B licence and ideally have industry knowledge and experience in the relevant customer segment.
