Your new activity: Own-responsible acquisition, mediation and sale of residential real estate Professional market value and price determination of residential properties Development and implementation of individual marketing strategies Performance of object recordings, visits and sales presentations Competent consulting and accompaniment of owners and buyers throughout the entire sales process Building and maintaining long-term customer and network relationships in the region Active participation of sales and marketing measures for successful real estate marketing

And you are: Successfully completed commercial training or training, ideally in the real estate sector (e.g. real estate businessman/wife, real estate specialist/in (IHK), business owner/in real estate business) Multiannual, detectable experience in the sale and placement of residential properties Funded knowledge of the regional real estate market and a good network in the region Embossed sales strength, negotiation skills and high final orientation Sovereign and binding occurrence with pronounced customer and service orientation High self-initiative, structured working and entrepreneurial thinking Enthusiasm for real estate and joy in professionally accompanying people in key life decisions
