Management of projects including results presentation at management level in the global service operations area
Design, introduction and further development of administrative and logistical processes according to Lean principles
Rollout of processes and tools in international service locations
Creation of SAP-Lasten-/Pflichtenhefte and execution of the test and user training
Methodological support in fault and deviation management of the service Value flows
Study of economic engineering, business informatics, business management or comparable qualification
Multiannual experience in project management as well as in the design and optimization of processes using lean management methods
