You analyze and eliminate disturbances in automated intralogistics systems and support our customers in ongoing plant operation You are responsible for the processing, prioritization and documentation of complex support cases in compliance with agreed service levels You accompany the transfer of new systems from projects to support and support during the run-up and hypercare phase You are working on sustainable technical solutions and on the continuous improvement of systems, processes and documentation You support the knowledge transfer in the team and participate in the standby service after successful involvement

Complete technical training, technician training or studies in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or comparable Experience in technical support, service or commissioning of automated systems Ideally knowledge of intralogistics or automation technology Experience in PLC programming, diagnosis and troubleshooting (e.g. TIA Portal, STEP 7 or WinCC) Very good German and good English skills Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Embossed customer orientation, communication strength and team capacity Own initiative, sense of responsibility and resilience readiness to travel (< 30 %) and to participate in the standby service
