That makes this job interesting for me: My job is to prepare complex, technical content so that You can be understood easily, clearly and quickly – whether from system operators, developers or support teams. I work closely with the projects and products that enable the energy transition in Germany and Europe. I rethink technical documentation: away from the static manual, towards cloud-based applications and native apps that make information available to users instantly, intuitively and everywhere. We work on exciting projects and products of the future, such as the Modular Control Center System, in the digitization of the system management. My tasks: Together with project and product teams, I develop innovative documentation formats (e.g. via Native Apps or Cloud Solutions) for our network control system, creation, revision and structuring of manuals, release notes, user manuals and online aids, Editorial support and close cooperation with various stakeholders (e.g. system management, project and product teams, operation, developers), Clearly and practically prepare complex, technical facts for different target groups (including system operators, data controllers, incident / support units), Introduction and further development of standards, templates and terminology, maintenance and modernization of existing documentation (including cloud-based, with native apps), cooperation on knowledge management structures, e.g. wikis or confluence areas, Ensure topicality, traceability and compliance with internal and external quality standards.
