Technical advice and active support of the departments in all matters of occupational and health protection under the Labour Safety Act Development and implementation of practical safety and, where appropriate, Fire protection concepts to ensure safe and trouble-free operation Organisation and implementation of occupational safety documentation and training Self-planning, preparation, execution and evaluation of exercises and visits Identification of hazards and the establishment of appropriate protective measures – including action tracking up to implementation Support in implementing an HSE software solution Inspection of hazardous substance management, including maintenance of hazardous substance cataster, control of storage and labelling Explosion protection (e.g. advice & support regarding preventive explosion protection, production of explosion protection documents)
Completed subject-specific training as master, technician or Bachelor of a technical discipline Qualification for occupational safety and/or trained safety officers with willingness to qualify as a specialist for occupational safety Professional knowledge in the field of occupational health and safety Knowledge and additional qualifications in fire protection are advantageous Car driving licence Class B Secure handling of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) High social competence, communication, cooperation, team and conflict resolution capability Self-responsibility and self-responsibility
