This profile brings you as a technical specialist (m/w/d) – Customer Service:

• Complete training for mechanical engineering technicians m/w/d or comparable qualification
• Multiannual experience in service business
• Routinized handling of current MS Office applications, SAP knowledge of advantage
• Conversation-proof English skills
• Fast conception and organisational skills

Projektmanager (m/w/d) – Customer Service:

• Technical and commercial processing of worldwide customer requests in service
• Creation of offers, order confirmations, reports and documentation
• Implementation of services in Germany and abroad
• If required, travel activities of 5 – 15 %
