Projekttechniker/ Projekttechniker (m/w/d) in der Gebäudetechnik in full time (39.0 h/ week)

You take over the regular maintenance and maintenance of our technical facilities and facilities in our newly built site in Ludwigsfelde. You carry out small repairs independently and reliably. You make sure that our building is always in perfect condition – be it heating, sanitary, electrical or safety technology. For external service providers, you coordinate appointments and accompany the work on site. You support conversions and renovations and bring your ideas to improve the processes.

You have a completed craftsmanship or technical training – for example as an electrician, plant mechanic or mechatronic – or bring comparable qualifications. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the field of home technology. But even if you are motivated and ready to learn, you are welcome with us. You work structured, reliable and you like to pack. It makes you happy to make sure everything works smoothly and remains good in shot. Class B driving licence is required for this position.
