Projektmanager:in baubegleitende Facility Management & ÖPP im Schulbau (w/m/d) Full time, part-time 12 TVöD (52.988,40 € to 82.802,16 € annual gross*, depending on professional experience)

Development and implementation of concepts for the operation and maintenance of real estate using technical building expertise based on relevant GEFMA guidelines Responsibility for tendering and awarding of necessary services for PPP investor projects Support for new PPP investor projects in the start-up phase as part of the school building offensive Budget responsibility for projects as well as facility management within the framework of the school building offensive High-quality machining and perception of the building function Requirements with the technical requirements:inside and interface function between the building users and other departments of the Office Representation of the Office for Construction and Real Estate at meetings with project participants, political or other bodies Special tasks following instructions of department and property management

Special conditions / qualifications: completed university studies (Bachelor) in the field of facility, construction or building management long-standing, relevant professional experience in the field of building management as a contractor representation / owner:in representation well-founded experience of procurement law (in particular GWB, VGV, VOB/B and VOL/A) comprehensive expertise, analytical and independent work in the processing of complex processes in the field of facility management Personal competencies: knowledge of CAFM software desirable high self-responsibility in the planning and organisation of work Ready-to-use and stress resistance Team skills Conflict and Criticism Diversity competence
