Good internal communication must arrive where the working day is taking place: uncomplicated, comprehensible and at the point. This is why we rely on modern, audio-based formats that make information quickly accessible and create proximity – indefinitely from when and where work is being done. In this position, you support us creatively developing internal communication formats and implementing content alive, relevant and up-to-date. Your duties include: Internal communication formats: participation in planning, content development and implementation of internal formats, in particular audio-oriented content (podcasts) from conception to recording to post-processing. Content creation and media preparation: text creation and preparation of audio and media content for different communication channels. Social media support: contribution to creating and preparing content for various social media channels. Internal events and events: support for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of mainly digital internal events. Communication means and presentations: preparation of presentations and other internal communication means. Administrative tasks: takeover of supporting activities, including press clipping and preparation of the press.

Study: You are currently studying media or communication skills, business or a comparable course of study. Software knowledge: You have very good MS Office knowledge and basic experience in the production (recording / cutting) of audio and sound recording. Organizational talent: A pronounced organizational talent and a pronounced hands-on mentality are yours. Communication capability: You are team-ready and communicate safely, both in writing and oral, with different stakeholders.
