Revisor / Tester Internal Audit (m/w/d) Full-time, unlimited, Wiesloch bei Heidelberg, Interne Revision, MLP Banking AG, to occupy

The internal audit at the MLP Group provides independent and professional auditing and consulting services and helps to identify risks at an early stage and improve our business processes. As part of this team, you ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and contribute significantly to the safety and efficiency of our organization. You are responsible, analytic and always work in a solution-oriented manner? Tests: You prepare independent risk-oriented, group-wide audits and conduct them Process analysis: You assess the functionality, effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of business processes and related IT systems as well as the internal control and risk management system Result presentation: You can see your results through reports and presentations Consultation: With your expertise, you will advise the business units in building and improving business processes Special tests: You will be involved in carrying out project-accompanying audits in the Group

Qualification: A completed training or a study in the financial/bank sector, ideally supplemented by an additional qualification as CIA or a comparable qualification Experience: You have experience in internal auditing or a comparable control/monitoring function in the financial services/banking industry or in an auditing company Banking knowledge: Ideally, you bring knowledge in the areas of risk management, general banking control, securities and depot business, credit business as well as portfolio and asset management Analytical skills: Your pronounced analytical thinking makes it easy for you to capture complex facts quickly Working: A high degree of sense of responsibility and orientation shape your work Communication skills: You convince with strong communication skills, social competence and enforcement skills IT knowledge: You master the current MS Office applications and have basic knowledge in handling SAP applications
