Freight Forwarding Agent EU (m/f/d)

You take internal transport orders and ensure smooth handling You will find suitable carriers for transportation within Europe You tune all transport-related data, enter agreements and create the necessary documents You calculate transport prices and conduct price negotiations You are the first respondent to all challenges during transportation You are in exchange with national and international loading and unloading points You build a strong network of freight forwarders in Europe and keep it up

You have completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable commercial qualification Ideally, you bring first professional experience in freight purchase or freight forwarding You work safely with MS Office; Knowledge of Navision is a plus You take your tasks independently and responsibly and keep an overview You communicate in German and English as well – other European foreign languages such as Polish or Spanish are of advantage You are resilient, flexible and like to work in the team You have a good organisational and negotiation skills and find the right solution for every challenge
