In your function as a production employee (m/w/d) in the 2-shift system, you become an important part of a dynamic working environment in which precision, quality and readiness are required. You bring your experience to actively advance production processes and make a significant contribution to achieving your goals.

• Roughening, adjustment and operation of production machines according to specifications
• Filling the machine with mass and removal of the pressed mat
• halving the pressed mats by hand on the pallets provided for this purpose
• Ensuring careful, reliable and team-oriented working
• independent review of product quality according to the specifications

We are looking for

To succeed in this position, you need a mix of craftsmanship, technical understanding and self-initiative. With these basics, you can easily master the daily tasks.

• Basic craft and technical understanding
• Careful and reliable operation
• Team skills and responsibility
• Willingness to work in two-shift operation
• A separate vehicle and a driving licence to reach the workplace
• Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position
