The Technolgie department is expanding its core competence project management with a lot of design space. Your task is to take responsibility for technology projects and to contribute to the launch of new digital products. Responsibility for the planning, control and successful implementation of software introductions and developments (including AI) Ensuring precise and complete requesting as the basis of all project activities Participation in the technical design of innovative software solutions and architectural approaches Close cooperation with internal developer teams and coordination of external service providers Definition, tracking and securing development goals in terms of quality, costs and dates Creation, maintenance and control of detailed project plans including milestones and resource use Development and specification of test cases as well as planning and monitoring of integration and regression tests Regular reporting to stakeholders including Management

Complete technical or business studies (e.g. business informatics, computer science) or a comparable qualification (e.g. specialist:in, technical:in) At least 1 year practical experience in project management Safe handling of common agile & classic project management frameworks (we prefer a hybrid approach) Analytical and conceptual skills, structured problem analysis, recognition of dependencies and development of pragmatic solutions Basic technical knowledge, e.g. basic knowledge in databases/SQL, APIs, web technologies or DevOps processes Project management certifications of advantage (GPM IPMA, PMI, Scrum) Communicative and analytical skills as well as independent working Very good German and at least good English skills
