The enrolled office shall be occupied in the ICT software development department of the Competence Centres and Services division. In the ICT software development department, we develop software products that meet the highest standards of quality, data protection and IT security in order to digitally map and continuously improve delivery processes for contractors, applicants and grant recipients. As an innovation provider in the digitization of business processes, we rely on modern development methods and always act service-oriented and economical. Your tasks Planning, design and development of database-based, web-based software systems Creation, maintenance and development of web sites based on various content management systems (e.g. WordPress, Drupal, OpenText Website Management) Development and connection of interfaces (API) to monitoring systems and geoinformation systems Evaluation and testing of new technologies, product developments and solutions Documentation, implementation, care and further development of existing and new software systems Advising our employees in the field of database-based applications and other supervised software systems

completed university studies (Bachelor/ Diplom FH) in the field of computer science or a comparable discipline on Bachelor level at least 3 years of professional experience in software development and good knowledge in various programming languages (e.g. PHP, Java, C#) good knowledge in the field of web development (XHTML, Ajax, CSS, XML, JavaScript Frameworks) and experienced handling of relational databases (e.g. MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) Experience in the field of source code and information security as well as in the handling of content management systems sound knowledge of agile software development (e.g. SCRUM), modern software architecture (Frameworks, MVC), version management with Git and Docker and other virtualization technologies independent working, combined with analytical and conceptual skills and very good and proven knowledge of German and English in word and writing The grouping takes place depending on the qualification and task transfer up to 12 TVöD.
