General maintenance of construction: implementation and supervision of measures for the maintenance of construction equipment; Ensuring safe and reliable operation of the buildings.

a completed study (Dipl.-Ing. / Bachelor) of the Department of Architecture and Comparable Engineering Studies, e.g. Civil Engineering, Construction Management, extensive and well-founded knowledge of the relevant legal regulations (including VOB, HOAI, construction laws, construction regulations, DIN regulations), very good knowledge in MS Office (in particular Word and Excel) as well as in AVA software, Experience in the development of large-scale projects.
