Responsible for the management of the foreign company Main contact partner for factory protection and maintenance cleaning Contact person for service providers for building maintenance and other companies for maintenance of work equipment (determination of the scope of inspection, collection of offers, initiation of approval process) Coordination or implementation of qualifications of crane and industrial truck operators Support in the maintenance and further development of a hazardous substance, machinery and equipment, as well as a legal disaster Tracing and documentation of deviations from maintenance, testing and inspection of equipment Support in the creation of operating instructions and risk assessments and process descriptions Participation in occupational safety and prosecution of the processing of measures resulting from the implementation of risk assessments, visits and group specifications Conducting regular checks and filling of first aid facilities preparing key figures and data of waste disposal and energy consumption, creating a waste and solvent balance structuring of building documents (building applications, usage changes, statics, building plans, remodelings, requirements of authorities etc.) Working in project teams on ESH topics Examination of work equipment/building technology according to qualification

Technical/ Craft Vocational Training, as well as experience required in the field of occupational safety/foreign company coordination Careful, structured, reliable and legal procedures Cross-disciplinary thinking & service idea in the foreground Qualification for the waste officer, SIGEKO, forklift crane trainers readiness for further qualification Team skills and organizational talent Good communication skills, ideally also in English
