You plan and accompany construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation measures You create and check construction plans, performance directories and cost estimates – and keeps dates, budgets and quality in mind You coordinate internal and external project participants, such as architects, specialist companies and authorities, and ensure a smooth running on the construction site You monitor the performance of the works on site, document progress and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. fire protection and hygiene) You support the technical building management, participate in maintenance planning and contribute your expertise to our further development

You have completed training as a state-tested civil engineer, architect (m/w/d) or alternatively a comparable qualification in the building industry You have experience in project execution or construction management – ideally in the hospital area You are safe in handling MS Office Organisational skills, initiative and a structured way of working are your strengths You have communication strength and joy in working with different professional groups

Depending on the qualification and professional experience, you deserve on the basis of the TVöD-K/VKA.
