System Administrator – Focus on Print Services (m/f/d)

You take over the administration, configuration and monitoring of the RICOH printing environments. You will continue to run and develop the RICOH management software Streamline NX. In the 2nd level support, you analyze disorders and ensure sustainable solutions. In addition, you set up print servers as well as queues and optimize their operation. In rollouts, updates and migrations you play an active role and accompany the entire process. The integration of printing services into a Microsoft-Intune-managed client landscape is also part of this. You can keep track of the documentation of technical processes. In exchange with RICOH, service providers and internal teams, you will ensure smooth operations.

You have a completed IT training, e.g. as a specialist informant:in for system integration, or a comparable qualification. Experience with RICOH printers and the streamline platform is already part of your practice. In the Windows/print server environment you feel safe. Ideally, you also know yourself with Microsoft Intune. Analytical thinking is one of your strengths. Structured work and a high level of quality characterise you. You are service-oriented in communication with customers. You work independently and at the same time you like to work in the team.
