You are central contact for IT emergency services and IT restart You continue to operate and develop our ITSCM management system (standards, plans/runbooks, proofs) and work closely with Business Continuity Managment and Information Security Representatives You support Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and run IT requirements (e.g. RTO/RPO, dependencies, restart order) You check Continuity concepts for on-premises and cloud (including Microsoft 365 and Sovereign Cloud) and give approval recommendations in the relevant bodies You plan and coordinate recovery and failover tests, document results and advance improvements You coordinate Service Owner and Service Providers, for stressable tests and proofs and consistently escalate deviations You regularly report on maturity, test coverage, finding and continuity risks

You bring experience in ITSCM, BCM or IT operations with responsibility for emergency/restart, tests or service governance You have a very good understanding of outsourcing and provider control (SLA/contracts, proofs, audit and test requirements) You know cloud and hybrid operating models and the shared responsibility principle; Microsoft 365 experience is a plus You work structured, communicate clearly and remain operational even in critical situations You have very good knowledge of German (min. C1) and start audit-proof, precise documentation You ideally have relevant certifications/qualifications, e.g. ISO 22301/BCM, ISO 27001, ITIL
