As Asset Manager Real Estate (m/w/d) in our subsidiary AIF Management GmbH, you are responsible for one of our real estate portfolios in the asset classes Senior-Living, Health-Care, Mobility or Housing. You identify value creation potentials and are responsible for their implementation. In addition, you develop object strategies through a holistic view of the properties including ESG criteria. You contribute to the diversification of our portfolios through your cooperation in transactions (advertising and sales). You are valuable savings-ring partners for internal and external areas ( fund control, acquisition/investment, property management, etc.) and act as a central interface. MUST HAVE

successfully completed economic or real estate studies Detectional experience (min. 3 years) in asset, investment or property management Sovereign and confident occur Very good knowledge of real estate management, commercial property law, property law Analytical and structured working methods, readiness to travel Strength of negotiation, resilience, strength of enforcement, team-oriented thinking and communication Very good knowledge of the common Microsoft Office applications English knowledge
