Head of Facility & Space Management (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for a central organisational area with 20 employees, including strategic orientation, operational control and close coordination with the Executive Board and other management levels. Responsibility for the real estate and land management of several locations, including the maintenance of properties, the management and negotiation of lease agreements and economic land planning. Management and further development of the Facility Management team, including prioritization of tasks, professional promotion of employees and the introduction of modern workplace and land use concepts. Ensuring a legally secure, efficient and sustainable building operation, including maintenance, maintenance, refurbishment, modernisation and implementation of building and fire protection requirements. Budget, cost and award management, from cost-effectiveness analyses through tender procedures to the control and control of external service providers in technical and infrastructural building management. Representation of responsibility in internal and external bodies and active stakeholder management to ensure service-oriented, economic and modern building management.

Graduate/Master level, for example in architecture, civil engineering, real estate management. Multiannual management experience in the context of facility management, technical services or comparable business fields. Basic technical knowledge of building, plant engineering and organizational fire protection as well as in project management. Safe application of the common office software. Structured, solution-oriented and resilient operation – even in challenging project phases. Embossed communication skills, negotiation security and team orientation.
