Consultation of customers in the specification of tailor-made solutions in the field of business processes and the development of a mandatory specification with a focus on ServiceNow Business and Process Consulting with focus on the ServiceNow Modules ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR and SPM Development of business cases and offers Participation in new (industrial) solutions and portfolio elements as well as implementation of market start strategies Bringing know-how into the development of portfolio strategy, company planning and into complex customer projects in the ServiceNow environment Definition and fulfillment of specific quality requirements in distributed and/or international projects For more information see: OSNow

Master or Diploma with adequate professional experience or comparable knowledge and skills Adequate professional experience in IT or organizational projects At least a method certification (e.g. IPMA, PMP, ITIL Expert) Embossed customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and action, especially at decision-making/management level Business knowledge (creation of business cases, supply/product calculations etc.) Deep, wide-ranging IT skills and expertise in a relevant topic field Excellent communication skills at all management levels Excellent ability to present complex facts in writing Excellent presentation and moderation capabilities, negotiation skills Outstanding leadership competence, leadership personality English language skills
