You check delivery documentation (e.g. test certificates, test logs) and process component deviations, U applications and delivery certificates You take over the acceptance of components and assemblies together with the customer or the quality check and conduct audits regarding QM topics, including the award of QSB codes You create and edit error reports, building deviation requests as well as supplier and customer complaints You carry out the necessary bookings in the SAP ERP system and ensure the documentation, distribution and archiving of quality records in the CAQ system
You have completed training as HK/IHK technicians/masters in mechanical engineering, metal construction or vehicle construction with an additional training as a quality management specialist You provide several years of professional experience in vehicle construction as well as in test and measurement technology and quality assurance You possess sound knowledge in manufacturing and production processes (e.g. casting, welding, forming, thermal separation) Furthermore, you have good knowledge of SAP and CAQ systems
