Group Leader Driving Service

As a group leader:in driving service, you are the central contact person for your team and ensure that our operation runs reliably, safely and customer-oriented. You combine leadership skills with organizational talent and a view for quality – and make our service fit for the future. This means: You lead, accompany and develop your driving team. You play an active role in recruiting and qualifying colleagues in the driving service. You ensure that timetables, customer requirements as well as statutory and tariff requirements are complied with. You analyze the quality controls and make concrete improvements. You provide relevant information and transfer it to your drivers. You plan, coordinate and carry out independent training, instruction and presentations – practical and in close coordination with our driving school. You will set up statistics, reports and decision-making templates for the management and department management. You optimize processes, processes and results in the service.

You have a completed commercial or commercial vocational training. You own a class D license or are ready to purchase it. You are practiced in dealing with tariff and legal regulations in the service. You have a high digital competence. You master the German language in word and writing at a very good level. You appear sovereign, communicate clearly and understandably. You are characterized by strength of decision, enforcing and conflict. You work structured, targeted and systematic. You are a team-oriented, strong communication and enjoy responsibility.
