In 3 years we will familiarize you with everything you need to know about the industrial production of food – from raw material intake to the finished packaged product. You learn how to use raw materials or It is necessary to handle ingredients and how you can pass them on accurately to make everything work smoothly in production. These include setting up machines and plants, following recipes and quick intervention in case of deviations or disturbances. You will encounter a wide range of processes of pretreatment, the field of sampling and hygiene and disinfection. Teaching at the vocational school makes you fit in the packaging, preservation and quality testing of food, plant care and product presentation.

You've got Abitur, Fachabitur or a good real school degree. Good grades in the field of natural sciences. Interest in food production. You have an open-minded, self-confident and communication-strong personality.

You will receive a grant of €120.00 per year for teaching materials. For longer journeys, you will receive a fare grant. A 12-month takeover after passing vocational training within the group is guaranteed for you. You start with an attractive salary of over €1,000 in the first year of training.
