The online agency is responsible for the online services for private customers and aims to digitize the core services for this target group. We do this “end-to-end” in cross-member teams, user-centred and based on modern technologies. We are looking for new talents that share our passion for digital administration, Gov-Tech, user centering, agile work and the digitalization of processes. Together, we are able to offer simple, user-friendly and relevant online services for our customers and, for example, to establish the “customer portal” or the “new normal” application.

You are responsible for the design and implementation of DRV's user-centred digital products and services and control their development over the entire life cycle Analyze, define and shape end-to-end processes as well as user flows for internal and external benefit journeys and ensure their consistency and quality You take on the professional responsibility for benefit research, design and conduct user research as well as user tests and guides sound recommendations for action You advise cross-functional product teams and stakeholders on all levels for user-centric design and support the development of sustainable solutions in the agile environment You advise the online agency and other areas in the targeted use of Service Design and promote the application in product development You participate in defining and establishing standards for processes, digital products and services and continuously develop them You design and moderate workshops as well as training to strengthen methodological competence and promote user-centric working methods
